UGG is helping to extend the lifecycle of its Classic Boots by partnering with NuShoe to restore pairs in need of a little extra love, keeping them in use for longer.
At UGG, we pride ourselves on making shoes that feel seriously good to wear.
Our Classic Boots are designed to be the pair that you reach for every morning, and don’t want to take off at the end of the day. We create them to be loved and lived in, because keeping the shoes that you already have for longer is one of the most positive things you can do for the planet.
Over half of our customers already wear their Classic Boots for many years – but we are on a mission to keep them in your wardrobes for even longer, so we are introducing UGGrenew as part of our plan to help extend the lifecycle of our products.
What is UGGrenew?
Part of FEEL GOOD, the UGG® brand’s journey towards a more regenerative world, UGGrenew is dedicated to extending the life of its customers’ favorite boots, restoring them by hand with authentic UGG® materials.
We are inviting you to send us UGG Classic Boots that are in need of a little extra love. To get your boots looking beautiful again, we have partnered with NuShoe – America’s leading premium shoe repair company. The experts there have over 25 years of experience and have hand-repaired over 5,000,000 pairs of shoes since 1994.
With authentic UGG materials on hand, NuShoe has everything on hand to restore your boots back to like-new condition.
How do I use UGGrenew?
With free round-trip shipping, all you need to do is select a repair option, submit payment, print your shipping label, and ship out your boots. There are three repair services to choose from, ranging from a shampoo only to a full renewal. Find out more here.

Carefully steam cleans the shoe inside and out with naturally derived detergents, helping lift stains, remove odor, and condition the leather. Additionally, the old sole is replaced with a brand-new Treadlite by UGG™ outsole.

This repair service is exclusively for UGG® Classic Boots – specifically the Classic Ultra Mini, Classic Mini, Classic Short, and Classic Tall in Chestnut, Black, Chocolate, and Grey.

We are living on a planet with limited resources. Through UGGrenew, we are stepping up away from a take-make-waste system, helping to repair our products instead. It is a small step towards a more sustainable way of working, changing habits and mindsets along the way.
